p90x insanity hybrid workout

I’ve been hearing a lot lately about people doing a P90X/Insanity hybrid workout so I decided to incorporate the Insanity workouts into my Build Your Own Workout printable calendar. Actually I decided to make it a download all its own so people who don’t have or don’t care about doing a hybrid workout don’t have to deal with all the Insanity stuff clogging up their calendar. The new calendar includes workouts from P90X, P90X Plus, One on One, Insanity, and the Insanity Deluxe Package.

Download the P90X Insanity Hybrid workout calendar.

Download the original P90X Build Your Own Workout calendar without the Insanity workouts.

Go to the Downloads page.

Do you have just an insanity workout calendar?

No, sorry, I don’t. Shouldn’t be too hard to whip one up though. Give me a couple days and let me see what I can do.

Thanks for putting this up. I just started trying to figure out how to insert some Insanity into my p90x/p90x+ routines and this doesn’t just help with ideas, with this spreadsheet I feel like I’ll never get bored!

If you ever do get bored I’m sure Beachbody will have something new and exciting for you. Good luck with P90x and Insanity.

So gravman, have you done this program yet? I’m at day 49 of p90x and want to cut some body fat after I’m done and I’m not sure if Muay thai 3 days a week + basketball 2 days and jogging 1 would be better or doing the hybrid. Any advice is appreciated.

No, I never did the hybrid workout. I created the calendar for someone who asked for it. If you’re only at day 49 then you still have nearly half the program to go. I’ve heard that many people saw the most dramatic results during the last phase of P90X. I think if you stick to the diet, by the end of the program you may be surprised how much body fat you’ve lost. Good luck.

superb answer. Thanks. Big sticking point… stick to the diet. That tube of mini donuts probably isn’t on the meal plan..

Thank you for making these calendars available. This is a much more convenient way to track which day I am on and what workout I need to complete on any given day. Awesome!!!!

This is INCREDIBLE. I was looking for the most basic workout calendar template I could fathom, but this is the epitome of perfection. Thank you so much for creating these calendars!

Hey man, this is awesome!

One small request though since I couldn’t make any changes. Is it possible you could make every workout available on every drop down menu? And maybe make two drop down menus for every day if you wanted to? I was customizing a schedule of my own, and while it’s not that big of a deal to just mark through the few changes I want to make, it would be awesome to be able to continue to customize things more in the future!

Actually you can make changes, nothing is password protected but the sheets are protected so people don’t accidentally mess up formulas. But if you know how to use Excel all you have to do is unprotect the sheet and edit to your heart’s content. The only thing I ask is that you send me an example of your changes so I can possibly incorporate them into later versions. And I am planning to make a calendar just like you suggest with every workout available on every day, and probably three slots per day.

Thank a bunch, I am starting to see/feel results again. Not to mention motivated again, I was so tired of doing the same things over and over again!

I think Juan Carlos asked which you recommend more: doing a P90X / Insanity Hybrid workout, doing just P90X or doing just Insanity. Personally I like the hybrid. Para Juan Carlos — Pienso que P90X – Insanity Hybrid es el mejor.
